Welcome to Satin Stitches Sewing, owned and operated by Stephanie Sage (“Satin Stitches,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking an appointment, submitting a form, signing a client agreement, or communicating with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Appointments & Services

All services are provided by appointment.

Alteration timelines are discussed individually and depend on garment complexity.

Rush services may incur additional fees.

Final fitting approval confirms satisfaction with alterations.
Satin Stitches is not responsible for manufacturer defects, fabric weaknesses, or pre-existing garment damage.
2. Payments & Deposits

Deposits may be required to secure appointments.

Final payment is due before garment release unless otherwise agreed.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
3. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to:

Attend scheduled fittings on time.

Bring proper undergarments and shoes to fittings.
-
Disclose event dates and any garment concerns.
-
Inspect garments upon pickup.
Satin Stitches is not liable for changes requested after final approval.
4. Communication Policy
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communication from Satin Stitches, Stephanie Sage, and authorized affiliates regarding:
